REALLY. I never knew it snowed in Palestine! Must have been up mountains. I assumed it was too hot there always!
I thought Germany had quite a bit of snow! We have not had a decent fall of snow in Our part of Uk for several years.
That picture was taken in Switzerland in April this year we were in a village just below the snow line, but the snow was there from having blown off the higher up mountains, It was surprisingly WARM where we were.
The heat from the sun and the reflected heat from the sun via the snow, where the snow was thinner it was melting.

yes yes it snows here almost every year, but it never was that much expect in the mountains, but last year it snowed really heavy that they stayed for 3 days at home :)))))
though until now it is summer, i am enjoying the sun and heat that i didnt have in Germany, but when it is winter, it is a real one with rain, wind and snow as well
Oh My we have been in Switzerland in the same time :)))), aww i wish i knew you before we would have met there :S
but in Germany and Brussles there was hardly any snow, i was really disappointing

We were in Switzerland, Interlaken, for the two middle weeks of April.
Have you not seen the two photo albums?
Yes there a lot of people I would have loved to have met, had I known them when I was on my world tour Sept 06 to Jan 07!
But you know if you get to UK you are welcome to come and stay.
Sarah (Sarslicious from Philippines, is coming here for a couple of days for her birthday on 25th Oct. She is in UK for two years learning nursing

Nyon is kind of near Generva and on the Lausanne side. We went to Lausanne on a day trip by train. It was a rather damp day lol! We took a number of pictures in Lausanne!
We travelled by train as we had a rail pass, and went somewhere different every day.
*smiles*
THe swiss rail pass gave you unlimited free rail travel on MOST trains, busses, trams abd boats, as well as free entrances to a lot of museums, and discounts off those that were not free!

yeah it is awesome what they offer in the rail there since you have to spend your money on food and other stuff at least some considerable cheap transportation :)))
